7- Human Capital: Concepts and Models (summary)
Abstract: In today's competitive environment, one of the most important competitive advantages of an organization is the "human capital" which is known as a unique capital that cannot be imitated or substituted. In this article, reviewing related researches, we are going to understand the history, definitions, components and some of the models of the mentioned concept. Finally we conclude that human capital can be studied from two different viewpoints: first, a detailed approach tells us what the "human capital" actually is and what specifications it has. Second view point studies the relationships of this variable with other organizational variables such as intellectual capital components and organizational performance

10- Organizational Subcultures Management (summary)
Abstract: Organization is a living creature having life cycle. It has a specific culture and responds to the internal and external challenges. For this reason, it must be tried to pay attention to its culture for progressing the goals and implementing the strategies. Because without recognition of inclusion of a conquering culture of an organization, compiling and implementing the strategies and the plans would be surely encountered with problems and never they could be achieved, definitely.
Schneider and Zhan Lossi believe that knowing the culture can be compared to discovery of ocean. On the ocean surface when we board on the waves we can observes the immunes, customs and behaviors and these show us what are beneath the water. But in order to be insured to be insured we must look the beneath too. It means that in order to fine the reasons (immunes, customs and behaviors) we should make queries. But if we go a little downwards and try to have more in depth looking and observances we can fine out the backgrounding hypotheses to which one can not reach easily and we should conclude them through interpretation.
It can be claimed that inside or in a better definition inside a subculture of any organization there some sub- cultures that if we don't pay attention towards and or they were managed (like beneath the ocean) we certainly can't make our conclusions and or have correct definition of an organization's culture. And even a superficial understanding that we have obtained on culture will provide some problems in following of the work trend inside an organization. Therefore, at the present research it is tried in addition to get a brief acquaintance with the definition and concept of the organizational culture and the subcultures, the reasons and the necessity of playing attention to the organizational subcultures subject by the managers especially the human resources managers and this issue that how can they managed?, are debated too.

13- Investigating the Impact of Intellectual Capital on Export Behavior of Industrial Firms of Iran (summary)
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of intellectual capital on probability and intensity of export in industrial firms of Iran by using data collected from 12310 Iran’s industrial firms in 1386. According to the results of Tobit-Heckman estimation, some of intellectual capital indexes like human capital and R&D expenditure have positive impact on probability of exporting to international markets. However, other indexes like advertising expenditure have insignificant effect and communication expenditure has negative effect on export probability. Against positive effect of variables on export probability, their effect on export intensity is insignificant. In other words, intellectual capital of firms in Iran facilitates their entrance to international markets but the quality of this capital is not enough to increase their competitiveness in international markets.

19- The Role of Intellectual Capital in the Implementation of Knowledge Management: A Case Study (summary)
Abstract: If the 20th century has frequently been labeled as “the age of atom, space, speed, information explosion, etc.”, we should now label the 21st century as the “age of knowledge”. Thus, we frequently encounter the emergence of such notions as “knowledge-based society”, “knowledge-based economy”, and “knowledge-based organization”. A relatively modern approach takes the “intellectual capital” of an organization as the origin of innovation and creativity in that organization. The question, then, is how to direct this intellectual capital. The answer is that there should be a set of “knowledge-based management” factors governing the organizations in order to make optimal use of intellectual and human capitals.
The present paper has been aimed at capturing the role of intellectual capital in the feasibility of the implementation of knowledge management. As for the research objective, the present study can be classified as an “applied research” while as for data gathering, it can be classified as a “descriptive” study (without any manipulation of the variables) being sub-categorized as a “correlation” research. The instrument used for data gathering has been a questionnaire the reliability of which being calculated through the Chronbach’s alpha methodology whereby a coefficient of 0.915 has been obtained for a pre-test sample (thus, the questionnaire has been interpreted as having the required reliability). The validity of the questionnaire has also been verified by relevant authorities and has been established through a factor analysis method. The statistical population consists of the employees of the headquarters of an Iranian government organization. A sample of 180 subjects in proportion to the statistical population and on the basis of the sampling volume calculation formula has randomly been selected. The data gathered has been analyzed through SPSS software and both the results of a Spearman’s Test and those of ranking the knowledge management factors through a Freidman Test show that there is a significant direct correlation between “knowledge management” and “intellectual capital” and that among the factors involved in the knowledge management, those of “organizing and storing”, “creation”, and “knowledge transfer” have the first, second and the third ranks respectively.

29- Survey Relation Between Intellectual Capital Dimension of Organization and Scale Influence for Earn Agility (summary)
Abstract: In a knowledge era, intellectual capital has become a determinant resource for enterprise to retain and improve competitive advantage. Because the nature of intellectual capital is abstract, intangible, and difficult to measure, it becomes a challenge for business managers to evaluate intellectual capital performance effectively. Recently, several methods have been proposed to assist business managers in evaluating performance of intellectual capital. However, they also face information loss problems while the processes of subjective evaluation integration. Further, the research also covers the level of competitive intelligence activity in these industry groups, estimating the level of interest of competitors in acquiring another firm's knowledge assets. From this information, we can begin to develop ideas about what types of firms and industries can really benefit from knowledge management systems and investment, as well as which can benefit from knowledge protection systems. The agility concept is widely adapted to the area of contemporary business. The existing literature presents agility as a general concept, which can be easily adopted in the field of manufacturing. At the same time there are few theoretical and empirical studies on inter organizational agility, which frequently involves just the application of system engineering thinking to describe and optimize factors influencing the transfer of material and information between companies. Agile methods are often seen as providing ways to avoid overheads typically perceived as being imposed by traditional software development environments. However, few organizations are psychologically or technically able to take on an agile approach rapidly and effectively. Here, we describe a number of approaches to assist in such a transition. These links to the business aspects of software development so that the business value and agile process are well aligned. Finally, we describe how these theories are applied in practice with two industry case studies using the Agile Adoption and Improvement using for development intellectual capital.

30- Attitude Reengineering in Higher Education (summary)
Abstract: In our new world situation, independence of societies, more than ever lays on finding new ways toward development. Since information technology can’t any more be regarded as an advantage, the importance of human resources as a potential capital capable of facing with national and international problems, seems to be vital. For encouraging innovations, initial steps toward freedom of thought and the so-callled "software movement" has been started. But what is necessary is a continuing and progressive movement. Paying special attention to this issue thus needs appropriate educational policy in higher education.Unfortunately, our present economical situation, the phenomenon of educational impurities in universities, and the problem of "brain drain", are not good symptoms when evaluating the status of science .Scientific and academic norms in society are potentially vulnerable at present time and universities, more than anything, look like agencies just for producing academic degrees. Because of vulnerability of status and value of science, the higher education system in our country has been damaged. Moreover, without motivated students for learning, adequte output for satisfying development demands is not achievable. Higher education is in crisis. This article tries to show the limitations and problems in front of development plans in higher education and suggests operational solutions for improving the spirit if innovation and entrepreneur through Attitude Reengineering in universities.
