The registration fee quoted includes:
Entrance to all sessions of the conference;
En-suite accommodation on a bed & continental breakfast basis for two nights;
Refreshments, breakfast, dinner and lunch on both days of the conference;
All inland transportation based on conference program, Include: Transfer from Tehran
airport to Zanjan and return to Tehran airport.
A visit tour in zanjan and suburb for historical monuments and interesting places;
A conference bag, associated materials and proceeding;

*All price show is in Euro By special arrangement it is possible to pay fees in
Dollar. Fees are payable in cash at pre-conference day. The required registration
informations (personal details) should be sent before deadlines. Please use the
Single Registration or Group Registration form.
Group discount of 10% is available for 3 or more participants from the same
institution, registering at the same time. This discount cannot be combined with
any other discounted rate. Please use the
Group Registration form
Accepted paper: for the first author of accepted paper in IICM2013, all
registration fees are free.
Additional nights: If you require more than the standard two nights accommodation
please contact info[at]iicm[dot]ir,
with your exact requirements. We will check for availability and then add the additional
nights to your order before processing payment.
Changes and Amendments: If you are booking accommodation and would like
to increase your stay for additional nights we will do our best to help you. We
are happy to do this as part of your registration provided you tell us by email
at the time of booking. Please contact

Visa Information
Visa Applications: Please note that we are not able to arrange visas for
participants. We advise all participants to check with the nearest host country
embassy whether or not a visa is needed. If you are likely to need a visa, we recommend
that you make your application as soon as possible. To help you, once you have registered
and paid to attend, we can issue a letter which confirms that you have registered
and paid to participate in the conference. If you need a letter, please email info[at]iicm[dot]ir for assistance.
