1- Workshop Title:Legal Principles of Licensing Intellectual Property Rights (summary)
Licensing is a usual way of commercializing intellectual assets. By a licensing contract the licensee acquire legal permission to explicate protected intellectual property right (such as a patent, trade mark, trade secret, copyrighted work, etc.). To be well drafted and b a win-win dealing, a licensing agreement must be based on a series of legal principles and standard. This skill is necessary both for IP holder (licensor) and IP user (licensee).

2- Workshop Title:Documenting Best & Worst Practices as the organizational intangible resources (summary)
Modeling of experienced taught, cooperation and other practices as one of basis of formation and development of management will be effective and efficient for the organization when it has been gathered and transferred to the others in an appropriate way. Otherwise some sort of organizational or personal operations, even with high grade of uniqueness and excellence, would be predetermined to be forgotten and will fade away during time passes.
“Best & Worst Practices” mission is the summary of selected practices among Mashhad’s executed projects, and make available the general idea about how cities, people and their communities solve their decisive problems. This project wants to observe and identify successful managerial projects and honored organizational or personal proceeds in municipality; inscription, documentation and confirmation of Best records of these data in a scientific way, if we could convert them to a practical and authorized procedure we would be able to deliver these experiences to upgrade the process of knowledge enhancement. In fact to consider the practices as the main source of management needs in the managers service term, we can bring them into play along with three resources: education, skill training, and best practices.
