We are pleased to introduce Dr.George Chiladze as the new member of IICM2013 scientific committee

   Dr. George Chiladze is an Associate Professor of Law and Director of Juridical Programmes at the Samtskhe-Javakheti State University. Dr. Chiladze holds a PhD Degree in Law(LLD) and in Business Administration (DBA) degrees. Since 1993, as a parliamentary expert and specialist, he was actively and permanently involved in law, economics and education policy and program making process in Georgia.He was participated in some international and regional projects. He is regional scientific editor of some international scientific and scientific-practical journals, author of teaching programs and various books in law and economics. Currently,Dr. Chiladze is a member of Editorial Board in 12 International Scientific and Scientific-Practical Journals. He is also an Official Partner of International Academy (London, Great Britain) in Georgia. He has received numerous awards from governmental or non-governmental bodies, such as 1-st Degree Diploma the Council of Ministry of Georgia. Dr. Chiladze is an international expert in the field of Law and Business Administration

   Dr. Chiladze has expertise in various aspects of economic and law education spreading, particularly practical experiences in curricula developments; law programmes evaluation;juridical analysis; programme planning; project management and project evaluation; law and economic analysis; research of problems of intellectual property and creation of appropriate programs.  Dr. Chiladze holds wide range of University diplomas and certification of professional training, including: Specialist in Patent Rights, Georgian Institute of Patent; Translator, Georgian State Institute of Foreign Languages; High Political Education, Political University of Georgia; Full Course, TACIS College of Public Administration; Industry Manager, Iv.Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University; Economist, Iv.Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University; Translator of Scientific Literature, Iv.Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University; Lawyer, Iv.Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University;Journalist,  Iv.Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University
