We are pleased to introduce Professor Rashid Zaynetdinov as the new member of IICM2013 scientific committee
Rashid Zaynetdinov is a full Professor of the Department “Innovative Technology” at the Moscow State Universityof RailwayEngineering (MIIT), Sc.D. (Tech.), PhD, the Marquis “Who’s Who in the World”(USA, Reed Elsevier Inc., 19th – 28th Eds., 2002 – 2011) biographee, a full member of the Academy of Quality Problems of Russia and the People’s Academy of Sciences of Russian Federation (Section of Synergetics). He is the certificated expert on standardization
He has more than 35 years of experience of analyzing the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety(RAMS), Life-Cycle Cost (LCC)and quality of technical systems. He has published more than 200 articles to professional journals, chapters to books. From 1996 to 1998 he was teaching in South Korea and working as principal researcher in the Technical Research Institute of Hyundai Precision & Industry Co. From 2003 to 2006 he was working as leading researcher in the Scientific Research Institute of Cosmic Space Systems in Moscow. In 2009 he took part in the Change Management Programme at ALSTOM University. In 2010 he gave lectures on patterns of technological innovation from the viewpoint of synergetics, multifractal and wavelet analysis for students of Lappeenranta University of Technology(Finland). Prof. Zaynetdinov is author of a new concept of innovation management based on synergetic and multifractal approaches
Prof. Rashid Zaynetdinov and his followers carried out scientific researches in a number of application areas,e.g. modeling, analysis and prediction of the high-speed train reliability and LCC; wavelet and bifurcation analysis of time series and flow of criticalevents of various scales and natures (in the field of risk analysis, damage accumulation, reliability engineering, innovation process, technology development, historical chronology); computer simulation of the machinery operation processes, innovative processes (such as diffusion of innovation, technological substitution, technological trajectory) and lean production processes; the informational entropy dynamics analysis associated with self-organization process in active open system; bootstrap modeling the incomplete statistical data; evaluating the fatigue lifetime of locomotive bogie frame; analysis of the thermo-stress-strain state and lifetime of load-carrying structures by using the finite element method; PERT analysis, identifying the critical path of innovation project/programme and probabilistic assessment of the statistically distributed risks before innovation project implementation; testing the load-carrying structures, etc
We are fortunate to have been able to have someone with such experience and expertise
Thank you for joining our scientific committee, Rashid
