We are pleased to introduce Dr. Florinda Matos as the new member of IICM2013 scientific committee

     Dr. Matos is the president of ICAA - Intellectual Capital Accreditation Association. Dr. Matos holds a PhD in Social Sciences, Organizational Behavior Studies from Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal. She obtained her master degree in business sciences from ISCTE - IUL Business School, and her Engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering, and a Licentiate degree in Management of Agricultural Business from the Polytechnic Institute of Santarem. Currently, Dr. Matos works as a lecturer in several universities, and also she works with different organisations as a business consultant. Her main research interests are: Knowledge Management, Intellectual Capital, Business Strategy, Organizational Behaviour and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
