Breif Resume: Ehsan Khavandkar has been graduated from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST) in the field of industrial engineering. He has published 7 books in the fields of: Intellectual Capital Management (first Persian book on IC), Entrepreneurship and HSE. He has published or presented 42 papers in international and national journals and conferences, till now. 4 of His papers which were presented in conferences have been selected as a hot paper. He has been elected as a distinguished university student researcher in 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06 academic years. He has gained the statue of universities honorific student for his achievement s in the field of science. He has work experiences in several organizations, like: Iran ministry of road and transportation, iran railways, Iran ministry of science, research and technology, iran khodro company and etc. he has instructed several workshop in some organization and conferences. In several scientific or jury committees in conferences and festivals, he has elected as a member or head. His last experience in this field is about electing as a head of scientific and juries committee in the scientific and research festivals of Iranian universities students which was held by Iran ministry of science, research and technology.
