1- Methods For Measuring Direct Intellectual Capital (summary)
Abstract: از هزاره سوم ميلادي تاكنون، سرمايه فكري نه مالي، زيربناي اصلي جهت پويايي و موفقيت سازمان‌ها و شركت‌ها قرار گرفته است. در نتيجه روش‌هاي متعددي جهت سنجش سرمايه فكري توسط دانشمندان گوناگون به‌عمل آمده است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله بررسي روش‌هاي سنجش سرمايه فكري مستقيم است. در اين راستا، ابتدا چهار روش متداول جهت سنجش سرمايه فكري ارايه مي‌گردد: 1) روش سرمايه فكري مستقيم (DIC)، 2) روش‌هاي ارزش بازار (MCM)، 3) روش‌هاي بازده دارايي‌ها (ROA) و 4) روش‌هاي كارت ارزيابي (SC). سپس با استفاده از روش تحقيق كتابخانه‌اي روش‌هاي گوناگون سنجش سرمايه فكري مستقيم و جزئيات آن مورد مطالعه قرار مي‌گيرد. چنين نتيجه‌گيري مي‌شود كه روش سنجش سرمايه فكري مستقيم نسبت به ساير روش‌ها تصوير جامع‌تري از سرمايه فكري را در سازمان نشان مي‌دهد و قابليت كاربرد عملي آن نيز در سازمان‌هاي گوناگون جهت سنجش سرمايه فكري در سطح وسيع‌تري قرار دارد.

2- Evaluation of the Suggestions System Performance Using DEA, the Case of Isfahan's Zobahan Steal Company (summary)
Abstract: Evaluation of Performance and productivity of forming units of the organization is one of the vital issues that have direct and indirect impacts on the performance of organization. Measuring the potential empowerment of employees is one of the aspects of performance and efficiency evaluation of organization. The employees must willingly participate in the affairs of the organization, to use this capability. Suggestions System is one of the tools for providing participation in the affairs of the organization. This study examines the performance of Zobahan Company units, using Data Envelopment Analysis based on Suggestions System. Inputs and outputs Data Envelopment Analysis based on Suggestions system are per capita education of Suggestions System as input and percent participation, percent offer, percent of suggestions of the review identified as the output and BCC input-oriented model based on the performance of units. Wang and Lu rankings ultimately determine most effective single schema is used. Research results show that7 units from 30 Zobahan Company are efficient. Using ranked Wang and Lu model shows that Units of Production Planning and Control, Internal and External Marketing and Sales, Automation and Communication are ranked as first to third in terms of performance. Also, this model also can be used to evaluate system performance based on organization all units can be used as a standard model to be introduced.

4- The Influence of Intellectual Capital and Intellectual Capital Complementarily on Global Initiatives in IRAN Country (Study of 80 Iranian companies) (summary)
Abstract: A main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of intellectual capital and intellectual capital complementarily on a firm’s global initiatives in Iran country. Sample was selected with a type of purposive sampling. The selection criteria were that companies had to locate in Iran country, but competing globally. Altogether 80 firms took part in the study. Structural Equation Modeling technique was used in the data analysis. Based on the analyses results, some implications are provided. Firstly, the importance of intellectual capital is again highlighted. It is confirmed that intellectual capital does enhance a firm’s global initiatives. Secondly, some moderating effects of business environment are found between intellectual capital and global initiatives. Thirdly, the important role of intellectual capital complementarily is identified. It is found that intellectual capital complementarily has positive effect on global initiatives in both high dynamic and low dynamic contexts. As a result, the value of intellectual capital components can mostly be actualized only in terms of their dynamic interrelationships and conjoint interaction.

5- The Survey of Committed Strategy to Create Social Capital (summary)
Abstract: Social Capitals, nowadays, is being considered as one of the most important factors to achieve progress and development in every society, with which an objective-oriented system is developed to reach these precious goals, providing the society with the requirements to properly use these human and physical capitals. However, if the managers can develop and maintain the social capital through appropriate strategies, they will actually pave the way for prosperity in their business and organization. So, I've tried to study the relation between committed strategy in its various dimensions (including the flexible culture, organizational commitment, employees` involvements and confidence among them and individual competencies in the SRP model), and creating social capital. The study has been based on the applied objective, the study method is based on the descriptive-survey method and questionnaire has been used as the research tools. Through confirmation of its reliability and validity among the staff of Payameh Noor universities of Zanjan province, this project has been carried out as a statistic sample and it`s data analysis has been done using descriptive and deductive statistic techniques. The research finding shows that there is a meaningful relation between dimensions of commitment strategy and creating the social capital, in other words, for creating social capital, the authorities in this university must take into account it`s infrastructural factors including focus on the dynamic and flexible culture, promoting the level of organizational confidence and commitment, reinforcement of individual merits and asking their involvement in the decision-making process.

6- Evaluation of the Effect of Intellectual Capital on Performance with Competitive Advantage Intercession (summary)
Abstract: Today, knowledge as the most important capital has been replaced by material capitals especially in competitive and technological environment. So , the concept of intellectual capital has been used widely. Intellectual capital is revealed in customers, processes, information, trade marks, human sources and organizational systems and showed the role of processes in creating advantages of sustainable competition. This study evaluated the effect of intellectual capital on performance with competitive advantage intercession in small and medium industries of Yazd province. The statistical society of this research formed by all managers and experts of small and medium companies. Among this society 124 persons were selected and the adjusted questionnaire was distributed among them. According to finding structural equations models the research model was accepted and the results of its assumptions showed the human capital and customer effect on competitive advantage, human capital on financial performance and customer, customer capital on customer performance and structural capital on financial performance and finally the competitive advantage on financial performance has been positive.

7- Management of Brand Special Value as Intellectual Capital (summary)
Abstract: Management of brand special value as intellectual capital In the knowledge-based economy, we use intellectual capital to create value in organizations. Today's competitive world, every organization's success depends on managing these assets. In this paper we review the concepts and definitions of intellectual capital and then to describe and define the brand and its importance as one of the most important intellectual capital in today's competitive environment. Finally, we describe methods for managing brand equity. In this paper we address the key issues in managing brand equity. We discuss components that form the foundation of brand equity – brand identity and brand vision – and how they influence brand knowledge, as measured by indicators such as brand awareness and brand image. We then focus on how brand knowledge affects brand performance, which is measured by brand loyalty and the ability to command a premium price. The emphasis in the discussion is on identifying and explaining factors that offer managers control over enhancing the equity of their brands. The purpose of this paper is application, method of research is library research techniques and method of data analysis is content analysis.

8- Social Capital, Intellectual Capital and Firms' Competitive Advantage (summary)
Abstract: Until the 1980s the management of business units considered environment and industry structure as a basis for understanding competitive advantages. In this period, management role only way to find the optimal combination of products and markets and removing barriers to the entry of goods to the markets. From that time, management of units has changed their attention from organizational environment and industries to organizational internal resources. Intangible resources such as knowledge, intangible assets, and strategic assets are the most important part of organizational internal resources that create sustainable competitive advantages. In other words, the industrial economy shifted to the knowledge-based economy. From strategic view point, organizations use intellectual capital as powerful engine to create value. One of the best ways to create sustainable competitive advantages is creation and maximization of social capital. Results of this study show that there is a positive and significant relations between social capital and intellectual capital with firms' competitive advantages. This paper investigates the social capital dimensions and their relations to intellectual capital. Empirical research conducted by researchers in this field show that social capital increases firms' competitive advantages through improving intellectual capital.

9- Establishment of Knowledge Management Systems as a Factor in Increasing the Effectiveness of Staff Municipalities with Intellectual Capital Approach (Case Study: Tabriz Municipality) (summary)
Abstract: Knowledge is valuable for people .The powerful and civilized cultures are established in societies that science and knowledge are valuable for individual. Knowledge management involves an optimal strategy of business in disciplined way and obligation that sums and selects and organizes required information for business .After placing methodology of human resources management, systems and methods of organization affairs in knowledge frame work, it can be said that organization management is based on knowledge and sciences. It can be said that the importance of knowledge management lies in policy making and serving people so that in some governmental sectors the knowledge management is placed in first position. Also, intellectually capital could provide new resource for organization for superiority in competition. This research was conducted by the aim of investigation of knowledge management effect on stuff efficacy in municipalities especially Tabriz municipality by approach of intellectual capital by three questions about the effect of human resources ,organization structure and technology level. The research method is measurement and descriptive and the data were collected by library and field studies(distribution of questionnaires).The results of analysis that was significant in confidence level of %5 according to stuff and managers view points by using Spearman correlation of all reactions and human resources and organization structure had highest and lowest effect on knowledge management as dependent variable. Also, according to Freedman test the optimal conditions of variables in organization from stuff and mangers view point is as follows: organization structure, technology level and human resources.

10- Study the Role of Intellectual Capital on Organizational Performance in Iran’s Country, Using Structural Equation Modeling Approach (summary)
Abstract: In today’s knowledge economy the tangible assets like intellectual capital is a foundation of sustainable growth and competitive lead. Corporations are paying more focus on value creation through these tangible assets. Better organizational performance can be ensured through effective management of firm’s intellectual capital. The main rationale of this study is to highlight the interconnection among intellectual capital constituents and business performances in Iran’s country. Intellectual capital constitutes; human capital, organizational capital and relational capital. The study uses exploratory approach to develop conceptual model, propose hypotheses and test these hypotheses quantitatively on scientific basis. The data has been collected through structured self administered survey questionnaires. Number of samples used in this study of 450 executives of manufacturing organizations in Iran, and 297 questionnaires were completed and have been active in research (66% return rate). Structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is adopted to test hypotheses. The study documented overall significant association between overall intellectual capital. Significant associations have also been noted among all three dimensions of intellectual capital and the organizational performance.

11- Identification and priority ranking effective factors in the success of knowledge management in small and medium enterprises by using technique of fuzzy Delphi and fuzzy Topsis (summary)
Abstract: In the current competitive environment, knowledge management (KM) is considered as a capable tool to maintain competitive position and innovation management and critical factors for organizational survival. They should try to use techniques and existing KM initiatives as leverage to their KM implementation. Since the potential has been implementation for KM in large enterprises and medium enterprises (SME,s) has been less attention. Critical success factors (CSFS) for implementing KM in small and medium enterprises (SMES) have not been systematically investigated. The main objective of this research is the identification and priority ranking effective factors in the success of knowledge management. 19 managers of small and medium enterprises in Mashhad were selected randomly. In this research has been used technique of fuzzy Delphi to refine the components. The survey was performed in 3 stages the fuzzy panel And results were evaluated at each step by using the formula of Cheng and Lin model. According to the results of 11 components were identified. The results of the fuzzy topsis showed that organizational culture and leadership have a higher priority. Small and medium enterprises which have restricted sources and their own special conditions. Putting in priority major factors of implementing successful knowledge management is a worthy guide to survive in unstable and changeable situations.

12- Model of Management, Planning and Assessment of Intellectual Capital in Organization: Normative Approach (summary)
Abstract: In the modern knowledge-based economy, the development, profitability and stable competitive advantage of successful and pioneer companies is the result of their investments in intellectual capitals. Management of intellectual capitals is the management of organization’s future values and the organizations taking effort towards its realization and improvement by creating an image of appropriate future, are considered as the successful organizations. For this purpose, future studies, studies the future systematically and is deemed as a tool for intelligent engineering of the future and predictor policies. One of the future studies methods is vision method. In this method, operational futures are defined normatively;in other word, the perspective as the method begins to research by a normative approach. In this approach, the future is not where we go in but is a place we create it. This study is an effort for presenting a conceptual framework for compiling the vision of organization’s intellectual capitals as well as identifying, assessing and reporting the indicators in order to be a practical guide for strategic management and planning of intellectual capital in the organizations.
The extant paper as respect to the objective is applied and is qualitative research. This research method is vision that intends to present a systematic model for compiling the intellectual capital vision in the Iranian organizations via descriptive-library (studying the documents) method.
In this research, a model including three stages and seven essential steps has been presented for compilation of perspective, strategy design, determination of indicators and intellectual capitals reporting. For more precise analysis, and more related and reliable reporting, this model benefits from statements, performance and report of intellectual capitals.

13- Strategic Analysis and Comparing Empowerments Models (summary)
Abstract: Current organizations should have certain features such as customer orientation, high flexibility, transparency and ... for their continuous existence. Since human resources are considered as the most valuable factor in production and investment, also the main source of competitive advantage and creator the basic features of each organization, so one of the effective ways to achieve competitive advantages in the current circumstances is making employees more efficient. What is important in developing human resources is that improving and training human resources through doing strategic planning in human resource management scope. For achieving these features, Organizations should empower their most important and competitive tools -human resources-. In this article after describing the concepts and evolutionary of empowerment theories, we discuss on 3 models of empowerment such as Robbins, Crino and Fredendall (2002), Spreitzer (1995), Reily, Bentley & Lynn (2003). 14- Evaluation of Communication Capital as an Organizational Asset in SME (summary)
Abstract: Today, knowledge as the most important capital has been replaced by financial and physical capitals. Knowledge-based business environment requires new organizational approach that intangible assets such as knowledge and competence and human resources innovation, customer relations and organizational culture, systems and organizational structure and etc. in the covers. However, managers and academic researchers have attracted increasing attention on intellectual capital theory, nevertheless, researches in communication capital is new subject and is in its early stages.
The main goal of this article presents a model for assessment of communication capital as an organizational asset in SME. Aspects of the proposed model includes: juridical capital, organizational capital, human capital and relational capital.

15- To Investigate Knowledge Application Barriers in Organizations (summary)
Abstract: Knowledge is the greatest capital for enterprises in 21st century. Nowadays, managers increasingly consider knowledge as an important source of competitive advantage. Usage of knowledge is widely extended. On the one hand, knowledge is an important element in management. On the other hand, implementing the knowledge management face to some barriers that probably different in firms. Generally, in this article knowledge management barriers divided in 4 categories: individual factors, social factors, organizational factors and factors related to knowledge characteristics. We assume that these factors significantly related to knowledge application. Rasht Municipality staffs filled the questioner. Peyerson Correlation was used for data analyzing. Finally, result indicated that individual and factors related to knowledge characteristic were the main barriers to use knowledge among staffs, and two other factors had not significant impact on knowledge application.

For this purpose and to examine the hypothesis, we chose pharmaceutical companies, banks and insurance companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange as a society as the population. 247 questionnaires were collected from these companies. Absorptive capacity of this study is examining with two Components: the ability and motivation. To determine the absorptive capacity, first we use student-t test to examine the subject that does organizations have weaknesses or strengths in each of these factors or not? And then we attempted to rank the factors .At The next step, we compared three pharmaceutical companies, insurers and banks in terms of two variables, with the ANOVA test. Results indicate that these three groups of companies are different in these two variables significantly.

18- An Investigation of Impact of the Internal Marketing on Company’s Efficiency (summary)
Abstract: In a complex and dynamic environment where change occurs rapidly, organizations need to excel in order to stay alive and to serve customers who want to work for better quality and lower prices. Meanwhile focus on efficiency to achieve a competitive advantage through the use of a low-cost strategy is essential. Thus, corporate leaders and human resource strategists are forced to confront to this challenge, to Change to work attitude throughout the organization to follow; that this includes guidance, leadership, empowerment and motivation of the employees. Several studies in this area suggest that internal marketing activities through the influencing and motivating to employee, improves the competitiveness and competencies of organization. The present study aimed to identify has been done the impact internal marketing on company’s efficiency. For this purpose a questionnaire designed to measure these variables and after to ensure of measurement tools validity and reliability, was distributed among employees of Isfahan Zamzam Company. The present study is survey and in order to data analyze is used from SPSS 16 and AMOS 18 software. Results of the model showed that internal marketing is the impact on Efficiency. Also found that the two dimensions of internal marketing that is product and internal Distribution has an impact on company efficiency; but the two dimensions of price and communications of internal marketing does not impact on company efficiency, therefore research second and third sub-hypothesis rejected.

Abstract: The necessity of using open innovation is felt as a new subject to increase competitive power in inner and outer markets, nowadays. Open innovation is science targeted flow to speed up inner innovation and spread market by using outer innovation. Open innovation means that companies improve their business by using outer technologies and ideas if they let other companies to use their virgin ideas. Science and technology parks play a great role in making innovation at different fields of a country by covering knowledge-based companies. Due to the necessity of innovation at these organizations, parks should try to provide background to use innovation at their covered companies. One of the methods to achieve success is doing open innovation. Due to achieve open innovation in knowledge-based companies level, this research want to identifying and ranking effective factors on open innovation at science and technology parks and 12 effective factors identifies on open innovation at covered companies which 4 factors is related to knowledge-based companies and inner factors and 8 other factors is related to other factors and science and technology parks. Results indicate that the most influential factor in the creation of open innovation in knowledge-based companies, "an open culture and intellectual capital to create trust between the member companies of Science and Technology Park", which is part of the internal factors The "business model for" internal factors "networking" of external factors related to science and technology parks were respectively ranked second and third.

21- Effect of Intellectual Capital on Engineering and Management Innovation in Knowledge-Based Industrial Organizations (summary)
Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the effects of intellectual capital on innovation and deployment tools in industrial organizations. In this research Part Sazan investment group of units selected from a class of 128 are technical engineers. In the distributed, Dimensions of intellectual capital, Human Capital, structural Capital, Relational Capital and Dimensions of Innovation are Innovation in Process and product. The results show that all aspects of the organization's intellectual capital are with above-average grades and there is a significant relationship between the variables . 22- The Examination of Relationship between Advertisement and Green Consumers Based on AIDA model (Case Study: Distributors of Green Hen in Guilan, Alborz & Tehran States) (summary)
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examinate the relationship between advertisement and green consumers basede on AIDA model. Statistical population of this study is distributors of green hen in guilan, alborz & Tehran states. Cochran's formula was used to determine sample size. Sampling method of this study is stratified random sampling, Eventually 43 questionnaires was distributed among Statistical population. In the first regression model assumptions were tested. To test the research hypotheses Multiple regression analysis was performed in software SPSS version 18. The results showed that the variables with the greatest impact on attracting green consumers are respectively a Advertising signs on bus, TV, word of mouth, billboards. The results of the tests indicate that the advertising does not directly affect the uptake of green consumers. Also effective mode of advertising through magazines to attract green consumers were not confirmed.

23- The Effect on the Components of Intellectual Capital on the Staff of Agricultural Bank of Iran (summary)
Abstract: The present study has been performed using descriptive method survey to investigate the effects of intellectual capital on employee productivity of West Branches of Agricultural Bank of Iran. In this study population are all employees of the Agricultural Bank of Iran, that 376 subjects were selected by using Cochran formula and random sampling method. Were used to collect data. Researcher made questionnaire from Intellectual capital and productivity Data reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, ،that was 75% for Intellectual capital questionnaire, and 83% for the productivity questionnaire.
By study the research literature were formulated eight hypotheses, The data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the components of Intellectual Capital on employees' productivity. The third sub-hypothesis research is rejected, and the remaining research hypotheses were confirmed.

Abstract: Variations in turbulent and changing world have a great impact on the organization's ability to meet its business goals and aspirations. In the present world, the organization has a chance of survival that has mechanisms for rapid awareness of these changes and also their agents have the ability to respond them quickly. Task oriented organizations can hardly show flexibility against environmental changes and be compatible with the environment. Process oriented approach is recommended against of the task oriented approach, which has the flexibility and dynamism required for compatibility with environmental changes. So today, for survival and success should have process oriented approach and focus on processes performance and manage and improve it.
In process oriented organizations, the soul of commitment and responsibility taking has institutionalized in any member of organization and they can reach permanent improvement through team work and participation. Existence of such an attitude in organizational members can be viewed as an intangible asset for organization that influences organizational and inter organizational communication.
This study present paradigmatic model of process oriented phenomenon. Research methodology is qualitative. Qualitative data are gathered using free and collaborative observation, open interviews with experts and the documents of several automotive parts producer companies in this study. To analyze these data we use grounded theory approach that the findings of this approach are presented in the form of paradigmatic models.

25- The Survey of Manager’s Ethical Intelligence Amount of Organization (Case Study: Governmental and Non-Governmental Bank Managers of Isfahan) (summary)
Abstract: Today, business competitive conditions are the major concern and struggle of organizations for surviving and comprehensive development of intangible capitals. On the other hand, the existence leaders with high moral intelligence who do the work correctly and their actions is always in harmony with their beliefs and values, have high performance and they always interconnect work with moral principles can provide these intangible capital including social capital of organization. Social capital is a generator which leads to the promotion of cooperative level among members of community, reduction in costs, communication improvement and employees' maintenance and finally performance improvement. Present research discusses the level of moral intelligence of managers and its effect on social capital of organization. To do so, translated standard questionnaire and social capital from Nahapit and Goshal classification has been used. The research is of descriptive-measurement type and in research literature library sources were used and hypothesis testing was performed by field method and by the help of 46 question questionnaire with 5 choices based on Likert scale. Among 564 managers of public banks 210 persons were chosen by Cokran formula and data were collected and analyzed. Findings indicates that moral intelligence and its components are considered as social capitals and among them responsibility is the most powerful component for explaining social capital and then sympathy with 7.8 percent is in second rank and honesty with 3.3 percent is the third rank and totally 36.7 percent explain the social capital. Bounty is not a meaningful predictor and it was eliminated from prediction model. So the more moral intelligence employees have, more worthy social capitals they are.

26- The Role of Intellectual Capital in Organizational Performance Improvement (summary)
Abstract: In the recent ages, businesses have been facing rapid and critical changes which have altered their economic activities completely. Issues as competition expansion, information technology advancements, changes in organizational structures and economic units' ubiquitous attempts to achieve the leading position have made the continuous improvement of organizational performance inevitable. Survival and nourishing in such environments is possible only through gaining the characteristics of higher organizational performance the requisite of which is realization of the characteristics of high performing organizations and consideration of the factors affecting organizational performance. A major factor influencing organizational performance is intellectual capital and its dimensions and this is the subject this paper is dedicated to. The current research measured the impact of the variable "intellectual capital and its dimensions" on "organizational performance" and its two dimensions, namely financial performance and knowledge performance. The statistical population are the managers and employees of Melli Banks including the main supervising unit and other service branches in the city of Qom (N=650(, and the sample are 242 managers and employees of this bank which are selected through a systematic random sampling. To test the dimensions of the study and calculating the research construct validity, confirmatory factor analysis is employed and Spearman correlation and regression analysis is used to test the research hypotheses. The findings show that intellectual capital generally has a positive and significant impact on the improvement of organizational performance of Qom's Melli banks. The impact of the dimensions of intellectual capital (human, structural and customer capitals) on these banks' organizational performance is also confirmed. Moreover, results show that each of the dimensions of intellectual capital (human, structural and customer capitals) has a positive and significant impact on Melli banks' financial performance and organizational performance. The findings also indicated that there are positive, significant and strong relationships amongst the three dimensions of intellectual capital.

28- Intellectual Capital and its Relationship with Implementation of Strategic Plans in Organization (summary)
Abstract: Transition from traditional economy to knowledge based economy led to the concept of intellectual capital in corporation's management. Assumptions used in the implementation of strategic plans have been affected from the concept of intellectual capital along with the other administrative matters. Therefore, this study seeks to explain the relationship between intellectual capital and its components on the strategy implementation. In order to provide empirical evidence, the survey questionnaires were distributed randomly among 107 managers and strategic planning experts of pharmaceutical companies and linear regression equations model was used to analyze the collected data. Results of statistical analysis in the sub-models represent a confirmation of the independent effects of human capital and structural capital on strategy implementation, as components of intellectual capital; while independent and significant linkage between relational capital and strategy implementation was not accepted. In addition, analysis of the main, comprehensive model of the study confirms the primary hypothesis of the study that there is a positive relationship between intellectual capital and strategy implementation.

29- The Important Role of Intellectual Capital on Value Creation for Stockholders (summary)
Abstract: According to the role of operating performance in economical entities and importance of intellectual capital and capital employed effects on value creation, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the role of intellectual capital and tangible assets on firm`s financial, operating and stock market performance. To conduct the relevant analysis in the present study, three dependent variables of operating income/sales (OI/S), return on assets(ROA) and MB were used as proxy measures for economic, financial and stock market performance, respectively .The sample consists of 80 firms from Tehran stock exchange for the period 2006-2010 by applying VAIC pulic`s model. The results show that companies’ IC has a positive impact on operating, financial and stock market performance. This result supports the importance role of intellectual capital in value creation.
The results also indicate that capital employed remains a major determinant of operating, financial and stock market performance although intellectual capital has more effects on stock market performance than capital employed.

Abstract: Main purpose of this research is examination of the relation between knowledge sharing and usage, organizational learning and innovation. Statistical society of research is sixty food industry manufacturers in Abbas Abad industrial campus of tehran. For gathering required data, researcher made questionnaire is used. In each corporation some familiar staff with management principles such as executive managers, mid-level managers, r&d managers, manufacturing and supply chain managers are selected. After spreading 240 questionnaires and gathering filled questionnaires, 229 of them was suitable for analysis and other abandoned from analysis. Method of this survey is descriptive-correlative, data analysis was done with correlation test and path analysis was done with help of structural equation model. Findings of research shows that there is a conceivable positive relation between knowledge sharing and usage and organizational innovation. Further findings indicates that also there is positive relation between organizational learning and innovation. Results of research suggest that organizations should try to knowledge sharing and usage that leads to increasing organization learning and innovation. Final outcome must be differentiate products for costumers and ascending organizational productivity.

Abstract: Nowadays, the business world has changed focus on product to focus on customer. Then, knowledge is considered a main competitive factor in the economic universe. Because it goes costumers higher than just receive of products and services and considers them as knowledge copartners. The article seeks to examine the correlation of knowledge management and customer relationship management. For this purpose, a questionnaire include of 36 questions was designed the first part of questionnaire is related to customer relationship factor and the second part assess knowledge management .Population of this study were all insurance corporates in Tehran (Fourteen private insurance corporate and one public corporate. The mentioned questionnaire is completed by experts and managers of 8 private and 1 public insurance corporate and the obtained data is analyzed by correlation and regression using SPSS software. Research results suggest that a positive effect of knowledge management on customer relationship management in insurance corporates in Tehran.

33- Study on the social capital status among the employees of Economic Affairs & Finance Organization of Tehran Province (summary)
Abstract: The extant study has been applied with the objective of analyzing and measuring the social capital status of employees of Economic Affairs & Finance Organization of Tehran Province. The theoretical framework of this research has been founded based on the theories of Nahapit- Goshal and Krishna-Shrider and normative, cognitive and structural factors of social capital have been considered. The respective data have been collected via questionnaire. The research methodology is survey which has been applied via simple random sampling with a sample size of 102 persons. For data analysis and hypotheses test, mean value, standard deviation, coefficients of skewness and elongation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and single-t test, Kendall correlation test and C-agreement were used. The results indicated that the social capital grade of the most employees (64/7%) is higher than middle and mean value and only a small number of employees have lower social capital. Considering the mean value of the sample (3/3084), the employees have an average level of social capital and seem to be advanced.
In addition, the results indicated that the social capital has an appropriate level in 11 indices including mutual trust, mutual communication, social identity feeling, binding upon the moralities, organizational commitment, gratitude, unofficial participation, common culture, group and team cooperation, responsibility and job security and for 7 following indices has a level lower than middle, including social interaction, meritocracy, unofficial relations, horizontal organizational structure, group and clear decision making process, responding for the performance and justice in paying salary and bonuses. The employees’ social capital is appropriate in normative and cognitive factors and has no appropriate level in structural factor. According to the results, a significant relationship exists between the service record and employees’ social capital, as well as a significant relationship exists between the organizational position and their social capital. In the other hypotheses of this study such as educational degree, marital status and gender, and social capital no significant relationship was found.

34- Survey Correlation between Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management (summary)
Abstract: The present paper has been aimed at correlation between knowledge management and intellectual capital. As for the research objective, the present study can be classified as an “applied research” while as for data gathering, it can be classified as a “descriptive” study being sub-categorized as a “correlation” research. The instrument used for data gathering has been a questionnaire(with 30 questions) the reliability of which being calculated through the chronbach’s alpha methodology whereby a coec jent of 79% and 86% has been obtained for a pre-test sample(thus, the questionnaire has been interpreted as having the required reliability). The validity of the questionnaire has also been verified by relevant authorities. The statistical population consists of the employees of social welfare organization a sample of 183 subjects in proportion to the statistical population and on the basis of the sampling volume calculation formula has randomly been selected. The data gathered has been analyzed through SPSS software and both the results of a Spearman Test and those of ranking the knowledge management factors through a Freidman Test show that there is a significant direct correlation between “knowledge management” and “intellectual capital”.

Abstract: The study was conducted to have an overview of the existing conditions, problems / barriers / hindrances of female entrepreneurs based in Sindh. It was also conducted to come up with recommendations / suggestions to address existing problems to promote gender – friendly business environment. The analysis was based on primary data collection through structured questionnaire. The total sample size are (29) twenty nine female entrepreneurs of 04 districts of Sind (i.e. Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur & Matiari). The study clearly indicates that lack of Technology; Social Capital, Low Government Support and Financing are the main barriers which highly affect to the growth of female entrepreneurs of Sindh. The other major problems included are, low education level, lack of managerial experience, low marketing skills. This study conveys the message that if the female entrepreneurs of Sindh are provided appropriate training, technical knowledge, local administrative support from public institutions, free collateral loans, social security, protection and encouragement from their families, flexible business environment etc they will enter in to the entrepreneurial occupation in a large number and will prove their worth to contribute to the economy of the country. Although it is still a puzzle for the firms to build their core competence through managing knowledge the results show that the knowledge management initiative provides opportunities for value creation and increasing the competitive advantages.moreover, the paper is illustrated that Knowledge management is not a one-time execution, but a continuous process towards excellence. It is a long-term commitment with vast potential business implications in terms of improving profits and adding value to the organisation. Specifically, knowledge management seeks to improve the business and supply chain performance, improving the variable cost performance and optimising the services (products) and asset base.

37- Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Performance Indicators of Iran's Top 10 Companies (summary)
Abstract: Due to the increasing expansion of knowledge-based economies and knowledge management at the level of developed organizations, the orientation of this study is toward the intangible part of organization. In this study, it has been tried to introduce this important wealth and investigate its aspects and offer an overview of related research and most importantly, study its relationship with all of the top 10 companies in Iran to take a small step for our country's improvement. The Required data of this study is financial information CDs of corporate issued by the Tehran Stock Exchange. The study sample includes the top 10 companies in Tehran Stock Exchange from 1385 to 1389. The Model used in this study is a Pulic Model. To test the hypotheses, econometric software Eviews and panel data regression method (least squares) were used. The results showed a significant positive correlation between intellectual capital and company performance. On the other hand, it was determined that from the components of intellectual capital, human capital efficiency is not related to company performance.

38- Intellectual Capital, Value' Creation and Firms' Financial Performances: Empirical Evidence from Tehran Stock Exchange (summary)
Abstract: Value maximization regards as the important objective of most companies. One of the factors affecting the company's value is intellectual capital (IC). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of IC and its components (human, physical and structural capital) on the create value and financial performance of companies (economic value added, market value added, market value, net profit, return on equity and return on assets) in Tehran Stock Exchange for 87 companies over the years 1386 to 1389. Results of panel data regression showed that IC has positive significant effects on all six financial performance indices. In particular situations, physical and structural capital have significant positive relationship with each of the six financial performance indices. Although human capital has a significant positive relationship with economic value added and return on assets, but we could not find significant relationship between human capital with market value added, market value, net profit and return on equity. Result of this research help to understand the important role of intellectual capital in creating value in companies. The results revealed that companies' IC in Tehran Stock Exchange has been declining in the past four years.

39- Investigating of Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Financing Method in MAPNA Group Companies (summary)
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to raise an awareness of intangible assets and specially intellectual capital among Mapna group companies. This research is to examine the effects of intellectual capital (IC), and its key components (e.g. human capital efficiency, structural capital efficiency and capital employed efficiency) on performance and profitability of Mapna group companies. The required data for this research are collected from annual financial reports of Mapna group companies. Period of research is 2008 to 2010 and value added intellectual coefficient is used for measuring intellectual capital. To test hypotheses and analyze data panel regression, least squares (LS), was used. Research findings show that there is significant relationship between intellectual capital and two performance indicators (return on assets and basic earning power) in MAPNA group companies. Also, our findings show that among component of intellectual capital, structural capital efficiency has most relationship with financial performance indicators. The findings highlight the role of intellectual capital in improves the performance and competitiveness advantage in Mapna group companies

Abstract: In this era, knowledge based brings up as one of the fields of organizations of economic growth which in this case as an organization of intangible assets we can name intellectual capital as an effective parameter for competitive advantage because of this basis in knowledge based economy, there is a relationship between an organization success and the ways for managing this rare source of intellectual capital. So nowadays managers, economical capitalists, organizations, governments etc. pay especial attention to intellectual capitals. Given the importance of the subject and its influence on investors and stockholders decision making, in this paper which is prepared based on a descriptive method, the important aspects of intellectual capital like definition, motivation for disclosure and relative technical problems have been presented and then, effects of audit committee characteristics which has an significant role in the corporate governance, on the Intellectual capital disclosure has been surveyed.
Intellectual assets are important in two ways, in the one hand, they produce value addition for the corporate, in the other hand, they prepare competition excellence for corporate. The discussed characteristics corresponding to audit committee include size, independence, frequency of meetings and expert and shareholding of members. 49- Barriers to Knowledge Commercialization in Universities and academic entrepreneurship (The Case of University of Tehran) (summary)
Abstract: Regarding the importance of knowledge as the main competitive advantage in the world economy, it seems necessary for the universities, as the main institution of knowledge generation, to participate in national and regional economic development. This becomes more evident if the need for income earning and knowledge commercialization for survival of the universities and existence of barriers to integral exploitation of universities' intellectual properties, are considered. In this study,it is tried to identify the main barriers of this process in university of Tehran. The results of this study show that “incentivizing of income sharing” is the most important factor in promotion of knowledge commercialization and academic entrepreneurship. On the other hand, according to the results of this survey, “Bureaucracy and inflexibility of university’s management system”, “lack of networks and communications among academians, industrialists and investors”, were identified as the most important barriers to knowledge commercialization in this university.

50- Evaluate the Effect of Intellectual Capital in the Stock Market Value of Companies Listed in Tehran Stock Exchange (summary)
Abstract: One of the fundamental problems of traditional accounting systems is insufficiency and inability to measure and influence the value of intellectual capital in companies financial statements and measured only rely on financial balance sheet and tangible assets. Intellectual capital is other than the physical and financial assets that are involved in the value of a company and are under its control. The intellectual capital provides a new complete model that it can be used to calculate the real value of companies. This study investigated the effect of intellectual capital and its components (capital employed efficiency, structural capital efficiency and human capital efficiency) on the stock market value. The number of units constituting the population included 30 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange Pharmaceutical industry between the years 1384 to 1389. Separate and independent evaluation of the capital employed efficiency, human and structural, results show that only capital employed efficiency and human capital efficiency has a significant relationship with stock market value. While in Simultaneous evaluation the relationship of all components of intellectual capital with stock market value is significant

51- Impact of Intellectual Capital on Cost of Equity Evidence from Iran (summary)
Abstract: Cost of Equity is the opportunity cost or the rate of return the investors could expect to earn on other investments of equivalent risk. This cost is customarily used as a discount rate to convert expected future returns to a present value. This cost Equity is usually calculated as a weighted average of the after-tax interest cost of debt and the cost of equity, that is, the expected rate of return on the firm’s common stock. This research examined the effects of Intellectual Capital on the Cost of Equity of Iranian companies. Generalized Lease Square (GLS) was employed to examine these effects. The results show that there is a negative and significant relationship between Intellectual Capital and Cost of Equity.

52- The Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance of Acquisitioned Companies in Iran (summary)
Abstract: Managers seek to find the most desirable strategy to reach goals of their companies. One of the strategies which assist external growth of companies is merger and acquisition strategy. The goal of this research was to study the effect of acquisition on the intellectual capital and financial performance of (acquired) target companies. The statistical population included the companies admitted in Tehran Stock Exchange between 2004 and 2010, from among which the sample was selected. According to the Event study approach, the corporation value of acquisitioned companies have been evaluated as an independent variable and the research grounds have been analyzed by using Pearson tests and Panel data Regression. The research results show that there is a significant and positive acquisition on the operating cash flow of the target companies. The intellectual capital has also been increased sensibly after the acquisition and it has a significant and positive relationship with the acquisition of the companies and only a significant relationship between value added intellectual coefficient and the acquisition of target companies haven’t been found yet.

53- Survey of Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Risk in Tehran Stockholder Exchange (summary)
Abstract: According to company sources point of view, intellectual capitals are the strategic sources that capable the companies to have competitive privilege and better financial operation. Therefore, the aim of this research is, to consider correlation between intellectual capital and systematic risk and nonsystematic risk in Tehran stockholder exchange bourse. The period time is between the years of 2006-2010 first of all , the variables of the research are identified. We used the pulic model for evaluating the variable. For information analyzing, we used rahavarde novin software data gained, and for calculating variables of the research ,we use the excel software. These data in according to test theories will be analyzed by spss software and described statistics presumption. 70 active Tehran bourse companies are chosen as sample. The results that are gained from research theories are accomplished by multiple regressions .The first basic theory that considers the correlation between intellectual capital and total risk ,says there is no meaningful relationship between intellectual capital and total risk in Tehran stockholder exchange bourse .There is a meaningful relationship between intellectual capital and systematic risk in bourse but third the relationship between intellectual capital and unsystematic risk ,shows no relationship between these two .The results of these theories are accepted from market log . Now, when we consider the market log ,we understand that there is no correlation between intellectual capital and total risk in impress of market log . Also there is no meaningful relationship between intellectual capital and systematic / unsystematic risk in impressing of market log

Corporate entrepreneurship is one of the most significant factors which affects the success and growth of organizations. Intellectual Capital on the other hand, is considered as one of the key elements for corporate entrepreneurship. The present study endeavors to examine the relationship between the components of intellectual Capital(which includes three humane, structural and relational dimensions)and Corporate entrepreneurship. As a result, three questionnaires are designed; a questionnaire with reference to organizational , the second is Dr. Hooman,s questionnaire (2006) and the third one assesses intellectual Capital based on the standards of the standards of Bentis (1996)and Leep Lugary (2004).the results from the distribution of the mentioned questionnaires among 63 of the employees in Department General of Social Security indicate that there is a meaningful relationship between the components of intellectual Capital and the dimensions of Corporate entrepreneurship (that is, innovation, risking and pioneering). Intellectual Capital and in particular its humane dimension, directly and strikingly influences organizational . It should be noted that the results of this study and the relevant suggesons are presented at the end of the present article. The results will in all likelihood, guide the managers for an efficient leadership of their organizations.

58- Criteria of the Firms Existing in the Stock Exchange of Tehran (summary)
Abstract: knowledge management and its related contexts emphasizes this fact that in the meaning of universal modern economy approaching the sustainable competitive advantage depends on the capacity and capability of organization in the development and proper use of resources based on the organization knowledge, but all the organizational resources have not equal importance for approaching this competitive advantage. The composition of organization assets is changing so that in past, tangible and physical assets were considerable in proportion to the intangible assets. For evaluating the intellectual capital, different categories were presented; one of these categories was presented by PULIC in the name of VAIC (value added intellectual capital) which includes three parts of physical capital efficiency, human capital efficiency and structural capital efficiency. In this research, at first the value of intellectual capital of admitted firms in the Tehran stock exchange for a period of 5 years from 2006 to 2010(1385-1389) is calculated based on the VAIC model, and then the relation between components of intellectual capital and Index value of firms have been assessed. In the preset research, statistical method for analyzing the data is multiple regression and correlation coefficients. Selected sample includes 52 firms continuously for a period of 5years that the firm size is considered as controlling variable

59- The Study of Intellectual Capital in the Public Sector (Case Study of Public Banks in Isfahan) (summary)
Abstract: The main objective of the present study was to investigate the intellectual capital of the public banks in the city of Isfahan. The statistical society included the managers of all the public banks of Isfahan (518 people). The total sample consists of 225 people selected by the random-stratified sampling method and analyzed based on Israel’s table (2008). The method for data collection was the standard questionnaire proposed by Bontis et al. The results showed that the intellectual capital and all its constituting elements (i.e., human, costumer and structural capital) of the public banks of Isfahan were, from the perspective of the managers, above moderate.

60- Identifying and Ranking of Effective Factors on Knowledge Management Success by Using Neural Network and AHP in Melli Bank’s Branches in Zanjan (summary)
Abstract: The current study aims to identify effective factors on knowledge management success in banking industry. For this purpose by reviewing literature10 main factors and 32 sub factors were identified by previous studies. In order to collecting data, a questionnaire designed and developed based on identified factors. The results of the study reveal that the main reason is strategic factor followed by management support. The third factor is infrastructure factor followed by human resource. Further, the results show that the fifth factor is cultural factor followed by motivational factor.

Abstract: In recent years, Computer-aided services have grown in number and significance in proportion to the rapid growth of internet adoption.Also,Organizations found their customers are key to business success. The concept of online customer satisfaction is the development of customer satisfaction in internet environment and it is also the overall feelings of the online shopping experience. Many researchers found that customer satisfaction is positively related to customer loyalty. The peper is aimed to identify approaches and methods of customer satisfaction andloyalty in online environment. Abstract: Scientific advances in the field of science and technology in the contemporary world has made a significant impact on the priorities and objectives of the organizations. Organizations are constantly struggling for their survival with the use of superior technology and greater use of science and new knowledge, external threats to become into opportunities. With the prerequisite knowledge and skills up to date with changes and transformations in the organization's intellectual capital, technology, achieving this goal will be achieved. In this context, organizations are trying to intangible assets in order to improve the quality of their services and products. Given that knowledge and intellectual capital has a direct impact on the quality of services provided. As key components of intangible in creating a competitive advantage and add value to the organization are considered. So the success or failure of success in organizations depended to ability in creating and acquiring Knowledge and using of intellectual capital within the organization and as a strategic factor to be considered in the formulation of organizational goals. This study examines the impact of knowledge management and intellectual capital to improve the quality of services in civil registration. The study was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire. The study population included all employees of the office of razavi khorasan civil Registration. Analyzing by using Spss and Amos software and structural equation modeling technique was used to examine relation between variables. The results suggest that there is relationship between knowledge management, intellectual capital and the quality of service.
And between the processes of knowledge management, respectively knowledge development, knowledge application and knowledge sharing have more effect. And also between dimensions of intellectual capital, relational capital and organization capital and human capital have the greatest impact on improving the quality of services. It was found that knowledge management and intellectual capital have the greatest impact on the empathy and responsiveness as dimensions of the quality of services

Abstract: Women and the social capital is an issue which has been rarely studied in Iran. But, since women try to identify themselves in society, they face the subject of social capital Which needs to be precisely discussed and understood. In this research, first of all, the writer wants to discuss the history, concept and theories of social capital, And then the relationship between the quality of life and the social capital is investigated. Within the theoretical framework of this study, the theories proposed by GlenLaurie, James Kelmen, Pierre Baurdiou, Antony Gidense, Robert Potnam, Francis Fokoyama, Schmit Nol, Wolkak Narayan Doyal. Galf have been sought and finally the theories by Potnam Scmith and Noul have been selected. The features of trust participation in the lives of Islamic Azad university Branch of Kahnooj students in Kahnooj have been chosen in order for the writer to study the rate of their benefit from social capital as well as their life quality have been searched on both sides: subjective and objective. According to our findings the benefit of %18 of these student from social capital are quite high: %54/8 are high%41are average and %r2/3 of them are less than the others. So the majority of the responders are of a high level of social capital. On the other side, the level of %8/3 of the students life quality are notably high,%6/3 are high,%28/3 of students are average and %1/8 are low. Thus, most students are in good situation of living. In conclusion, there is a meaningful relationship between the quality of life and social capital based on agreement tables that is, if the social capital is very high, the level of the quality of life will increase. According to the research, whatever the age of responders increases, the quality of life becomes lower and vice versa.

64- Management of Intangible Assets and ARC Model (summary)
Abstract: In the environment of present basis knowledge economy, intellectual capitals have more value and importance for organizations and agencies rather than physical capitals, and as an interpretation, intellectual capitals are discussed as real assets and part of strategic assets of present age. Tangible assets of an organization make enclose and unable to tempering its capitals for a long time and an factor of increasing the value of these capitals, is mainly their price increase. On the basis of published statistics, almost %80 of big companies properties with universal degree and economic agencies have consisted of intangibles assets and spiritual values. Therefore, organizations for gaining the stable competitive advantage, required, identifying and consciously and systematic management of their intellectual capitals and intangible assets. As a result, designing and utilization of a proper approach for management the intellectual assets and intangible assets, on the basis, in present paper has been effort identifying intangible assets, the importance and necessity of its management, and analyze and specify the related challenges to these properties management express the effective factors on the value of spiritual ownership. In continuation ARC model has been introduced, defined and specified for management and report of intellectual capital.
Nevertheless, in present paper the objective is that, with specifying the new conditions before managers of human resources in knowledge economy, identifying the roles and challenges beyond the managers in human resources management as intangible assets identify and in continuation specified the ARC model function for measurement and reporting the intellectual capitals. So that represented a roughly comprehensive image of human resources management status in the beginning of third millennium.

65- Intellectual capital and financial performance of companies listed in the Tehran stock exchange (summary)
Abstract: This paper investigates the association between intellectual capital (IC) of firms listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange and their financial performance. The research uses Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM), developed by Pulic, to measure the IC of companies. The data sample is collected from 146 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) between the years 2004 and 2008. The research addressed four hypotheses and used multiple regression for the data analysis. The findings showed that IC and company performance are positively related and IC is correlated to future company performance. The rate of growth of a company's IC is related to the company's performance, and the contribution of IC to company performance differs by industry.
Purpose – The purpose of the paper is to investigate the association between the IC of firms and their financial performance. Design/methodology/approach – The paper uses the Pulic framework, has a Middle-East focus, and draws on data from 146 publicly listed companies on the TSE. It is an empirical study using multiple regression for the data analysis. The paper tests four elements of IC and company performance.
Findings – The findings show that IC and company performance are positively related; IC is correlated to future company performance; the rate of growth of a company's IC is positively related to the company's performance; and the contribution of IC to company performance differs by industry.
Research limitations/implications – The data sample used for this research is restricted to 146 companies listed on the TSE between the years 2004 and 2008.
Practical implications – IC is an area of interest to numerous parties, including shareholders, institutional investors, scholars, policymakers, and managers. This paper contributes additional empirical evidence to support the importance of IC to company performance.
Originality/value - The study of IC has undergone a number of stages, from early conscious awareness efforts, to classification of IC and to the search for appropriate measures of IC. This paper provides additional empirical evidence of the contribution of IC to companies’ performance in Iran.

67- A Study of Intellectual Capital Effect on the Tehran Stock Exchange Firms' Risks, Yield and Market Power (summary)
Abstract: The rise of knowledge based economy, one principally driven by information and knowledge, is attributed to the increased prominence of intellectual capital as a business topic. The purpose of this paper is to present an empirical research study which takes a novel examination of the impact of intellectual capital on systematic risk, idiosyncratic risk, yield, market power of companies listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The efficiency of the value added by corporate intellectual ability (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient) and also Market to Book Value methods are incorporated to measure the intellectual capital construct. The empirical data were drawn from Iranian companies listed in first market of Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE), observed over the 5 period of 2005 to 2009. Various Pearson correlation analysis and regression models were examined in order to test the hypothesis included in the proposed Conceptual Framework. The results support a statistically significant relationship between risk and intellectual capital, between market power and intellectual capital. Although the results failed to support the relationship between yield and intellectual capital, but it concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between Capital Employed Efficiency and yield
